Do You Offer Australia and International Shipping?

Yes, I offer shipping both within Australia and internationally. The cost and delivery time can vary depending on the size of the painting.

For Australian Customers:

• Small Paintings (8x10cm): Flat rate of AUD $15 for standard shipping.

• Medium Paintings (20x25cm): Flat rate of AUD $20 for standard shipping.

• Delivery Time: Typically takes 3-7 business days.

• Your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped using Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided to you once your parcel has been sent. Please be mindful that you are responsible for tracking your purchase. Failure to collect your parcel from your local post office will result in your parcel being returned to me, upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage.

  Please note that delivery times with Australia Post can vary depending on location and times of the year (example: Christmas). Regular post items should arrive in 2 to 5 business days for same-state deliveries. Please allow up to 7 business days for interstate deliveries. These are indicative times only by Australia Post, and cannot be guaranteed.  

For International Customers:

• Small Paintings (8x10cm): Flat rate of AUD $30 for international shipping.

• Medium Paintings (20x25cm): Flat rate of AUD $40 for international shipping.

• Delivery Time: Usually takes 7-21 business days, depending on your location.

• Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you take commissions?

Yes! I do. If you'd like something special please take note of which paintings I've done that sparked your interest, the colours you like and pics of your dog and get in touch via the Commissions page.

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of artwork that I have sold when the buyer has been made aware before purchasing that this will happen. I retain the right to use the image for publicity. I retain all rights to artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be reproduced without my written permission.

Do you offer framing?

I don't offer framing services for my paintings. Since each home has its own unique style and decor, I believe it's best for you to choose a frame that fits your space and taste. This way, you can make sure the artwork matches your home perfectly.

I suggest visiting a local framing shop or looking online to find the right frame for your new piece of art. This allows you to consider the colours, textures, and overall look of your home, making sure your painting looks its best.

What is your return policy?

If an item arrives damaged it must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of the delivery.  Please send an image with the damage (including the packaging) with your name and contact number via email.

Once your email has been reviewed, if a replacement piece is not available, or the purchase was an original art painting, we will discuss an alternative resolution.
